What is God Calling Us to Do?

At Providence, we believe God is calling us to make room—room for more children to grow in their faith, more families to experience the power of Christ-centered community, and more opportunities for whole-child, learner-driven education to take root and flourish.

For over 20 years, Providence has walked alongside families to nurture spiritually grounded
leaders with strong character, academic strength, and a deep sense of purpose. Today, our
classrooms are full, our waitlists are growing, and we face a joyful challenge: we need more space to grow.

Through the Imagine with Us Campaign, we are stepping out in faith to expand our learning environment and ensure that every child God brings to our doors has the space to thrive—now and in the future.

We pledge to:

  • Build flexible learning spaces to meet current and future growth across all age levels.
  • Create room for lower levels to expand by transitioning older students to new spaces.
  • Steward our land and mission wisely through long-term planning.
  • Develop nature-rich, hands-on learning environments like our Food Forest and Forest Preschool.
  • Expand the vision for our Pond Road campus to serve students, parents, and educators across generations.
  • Foster a culture of prayer, generosity, and shared purpose.

How Will We Reach His Calling?

To bring this vision to life, we are launching Phase One of the Imagine with Us Campaign—a capital effort to raise $540,000 by December 15. This initial phase will allow us to:

  • Add new classroom space to support our growing school
  • Allow middle school students to move into the new space so elementary students can expand into their former classroom.
  • Include furniture, materials, and resources that support learner-driven, mastery-based education.
  • Launch the development of a Campus Master Plan that guides our long-term growth on our 40-acre Pond Road property.
  • Every gift, every prayer, every act of service helps us shape a place where students are known, challenged, and deeply loved—a place where they can discover who God created them to be.

Phase One Priorities

People: A Learning Environment that Grows with Us

Providence is growing. Our classrooms are full, and our waitlist continues to grow. To meet this demand, we need to create more space for the students we already serve and those we hope to welcome in the future.

This new classroom space will first be used by middle school students, allowing their current space to open up for the elementary class. That shift creates a vital ripple effect. As students grow and move through the program, we need to grow with them. Without additional classroom space, we will not be able to continue serving each child through every stage of their journey.

This project creates margin, flexibility, and opportunity for every level of our school community.

Programs: Equipping for Purpose

The new space will be fully furnished with Montessori materials, flexible workstations, and spiritual formation resources. It will be designed to grow with us and ready to
support evolving needs, project-based work, and mentorship opportunities as our student body continues to expand.

This space is a strategic investment in the kind of learnerdriven education we know changes lives.

Places: Laying the foundation for a Learning Ecosystem

Working with a Christian design partner, we will create a comprehensive Campus Master Plan that reflects our long-term vision:

  • The Pond Road Expansion will include spaces for entrepreneurship, agriculture, leadership, and service opportunities.
  • The Food Forest will provide an outdoor classroom for nutrition education, environmental care, and stewardship experiences.
  • Our plan will explore how to use every corner of our 40+ acres to support joyful, purposeful, Christ-centered learning.

Milestones in the Misson

Planned milestones include:

This long-term plan centers on the full development of our 40+ acres at the Pond Road Expansion, transforming it into a thriving, nature-rich educational ecosystem.

  • Developing a Food Forest and agricultural learning zones for hands-on stewardship.
  • Launching a Forest Nature Preschool to support outdoor, early childhood education.
  • Creating extension labs and innovation spaces for high school and early college students.
  • Building community gathering areas for events, mentoring, and service.
  • Laying the foundation for a Christian Montessori College, rooted in our commitment to leadership and faith formation.

Each step moves us closer to a fully realized, Christ-centered learning environment that serves
the whole child and the whole community.

We aim to complete Phase One fundraising by December 15, 2025. Construction will begin as soon as funding is secured.

At the same time, we will partner with a Christian architect to develop a campus-wide Master Plan that reflects our mission and guides future growth.
