Application Fee:
There is a $50 application fee due when an application is turned in for a child.

Commitment Advance:
There is a $500 advance on tuition due when a child has been invited to our program to hold the child’s spot for the coming school year. This advance is also withdrawn on Feb 5th of each year when a child continues enrollment into the school. This advance will be taken off the tuition total for the following school year and is non-refundable if the child does not attend. Those with Opportunity Scholarships and DSS Vouchers may have an adjusted amount which will be shared with those families.

Other Fees:
In an effort to keep costs consistent throughout the school year, we have eliminated any supply or book fees from our program (with the exception of Middle, High School, and College programs) The only additional costs will be for various field trips, school uniform costs – for the elementary program, and miscellaneous fees like t-shirt purchases, late payment fees, or late pick up fees.

Tuition Rates:
All tuition rates shown are for the school year running end of Aug thru beginning of June. Tuition is paid monthly and is due the 5th of every month. Families will need to sign up with FACTS tuition management company. Payment is through automatic withdrawal from an account or credit card. Payment can be made by cash or check only if it is paid in full for the year by Aug 5th to the office. For your convenience, all account information will be available to you on-line including any information needed to complete a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and End-of-Year Taxes.

Program Options:

• Half Day  – (Arrival is between 8am and 9am) to 12pm
• School Day – 8:30am to 3pm
• Note: School Day for Primary Class (arrive between 8am and 9am and leave between 2:30pm and 3pm) 
• After school fees begin at 3:15pm 
• Extended Day (Arrival is between 7am and 9am) to  (Depart between 3pm and 5:45pm)

Preparation/Toddler Classroom (2 to 3 year olds):

• Half Day: $9000 (10 monthly payments) 
• School Day: $9500 (10 monthly payments) 
• Extended Day: $11,000 (10 monthly payments) 

Primary Classroom (3 to 6 years old):

• Half Day: $8500 (10 monthly payments) 
• School Day: $9000 (10 monthly payments) 
• Extended Day: $10,500 (10 monthly payments) 

Elementary (6 to  12 years old)

• School Day: $8500 (10 monthly payments) 
• Extended Day: $10,500 (10 monthly payments) 

Middle Academy (Middle School) and Master Academy (High School) (12 to 18 years old)

• School Day: $8500 (10 monthly payments) 
• Extended Day: $10,500 (10 monthly payments) 
• Technology and Activity Fee for Middle and High School: $500

Exceptional Children Services Program:   $2000 addition 

We are able to accommodate a few students per year with special needs at an additional cost. This helps to cover the cost of staff support needed for children and provide some one-on-one accommodations. 

Definitions:

Preparation/Toddler Classroom: This classroom is designed for those 18 months through 3 yrs old and/or potty training students. A child is expected to stay in this room for the entire school year, unless an opening becomes available and the child shows signs of readiness to move to the next level.

Middle and Master Academy (Middle and High School): This program is for those 12 years and older who will begin in a 5 day a week program with optional Fridays for those in HIgh School who complete all assignments. After 3 years in the program, these students develop highly individualized programs with the teachers, and parents to help them move toward their college and career goals.

Age Overlap: There is an intentional overlap year in each level for those 3, 6, and 12 years old. Students in those ages will be accessed in both levels to determine the best placement. All children are different and we have built in the flexibility to help each child receive what they need.

All tuition rates remain in effect until the child moves full time to the next level. There is no guarantee that a child will be able to move up in the middle of a school year due to space considerations.

Return Payment Fee: There is a $30 returned payment fee from FACTS tuition program. Any returned payment will be automatically recharged at a later date (usually the 20th of that month). Additional returned payments will result in fees from the school as well.

Tardy Fine: Students who come to the school late (after 9am) 3 times or more in a given month without a doctor’s note will be fined $50. Preschool Students must arrive no later than 9am and School Age Students must arrive no later than 8:30am during the school year. Students will not be allowed to come to school if they arrive after 10:30am, unless they have a note from the doctor from an appointment. (During the summer students may arrive any time before 10:30am without penalty, however they may not come after 10:30am unless they have a doctor’s note)

Late Pick-Up Fees are as follows: 5:46pm-5:59pm = $10; 6:00-6:14 pm= $20; 6:15pm-6:30pm = $30. Late fee is paid directly to the teacher that stayed late with the child.

Children who are picked up late from the half day program and school day program, will be placed in after-school care and charged $15 daily afterschool fee, per extension of time. (ie. half day student will be charged $15 if picked up before 3pm and $30 if picked up before 5:45pm)

All fees are non-refundable.

Financial Aid and Scholarships: Financial Aid applications can be filled out through FACTS. We also accept the DSS Vouchers for preschool aged children and we accept the Opportunity Scholarships, and ESA . See our Financial Aid Page.

Withdrawing:

Providence makes decisions based on anticipated enrollment. Your future plans influence our current decisions.

For that reason, if you notify Providence of your decision to opt-out of your agreement for the following school year by February 1st of the current year, there is no penalty.

Please see below for tuition fees that you will be responsible for if you notify us of your student’s withdrawal after the Continuous Enrollment due date.
Note: After Feb 1st the Commitment Advance on tuition is non-refundable.

• After July 1: 25% of the tuition/fees for the school year is due
• After Sept. 1: 50% of the tuition/fees for the school year is due
• After Nov. 1: 75% of the tuition/fees for the school year is due
• After Jan. 1: 100% of the tuition/fees for the school year is due
